I wanted to share with you all a blog that I read frequently. Lisa Leake has had huge success with her 100 days of real food blog, that is based on healthy eating for the average American family.  She and I share many of the same views when it comes to food and nutrition.  Use her website as a resource for additional information and recipes, especially during the next 21 days (STARTING MONDAY)! This blog specifically discusses “diets” and defines healthy eating.

There are also some good recipes on  www.teambeachbody.com/vitality9 on the eat smart tab.  Be careful though – some of the recipes are healthy but shouldn’t be used for this particular challenge.  Contact me if you have a question!

Also, please take a picture of yourself before Monday – preferably wearing close to just your underwear and in front of a white wall. 21 days of clean eating can significantly change your body and you will want the picture to refer back to at the end of this challenge!
