“Change your thoughts, and you’ll change your world.”

Everyone is important to someone. Everyone deserves a compliment. Change your thought from one of complaint to one of appreciation. Appreciation for others. Appreciation for yourself.

I posted this on my Facebook page this morning referring to exercise. The amazing ability that our bodies have to do work and the positive impact of changing our thought patterns from one of

“this is something I dread and HAVE to do”

to one that says…

“thank you for this body I have been given and the ability to use it everyday as it was intended.”

Just changing that mindset ALONE,  can and will change your world.
