  1. Oatmeal muffins*
  2. Dried fruit (make sure there is no added sugar) and nuts
  3. Fresh Seasonal Fruit
  4. Air-popped popcorn (sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil)
  5. Pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  6. Lara Bars (only 2 ingredients – remember, the less the better on the ingredient list)
  7. Whole grain crackers and cheddar or string cheese
  8. Rice cakes topped with natural peanut butter & local honey
  9. Mini-whole wheat bagels with cream cheese (add cinnamon for extra sweetness)
  10. Homemade trail mix (peanuts, almonds, Chex cereal & chocolate chips)
  11. Baby carrots and hummus
  12. Celery topped with peanut butter & raisins (ants on a log)
  13. Nut butter stuffed dates (try almond, sunflower seed or cashew butter)
  14. Homemade Lara bars*
  15. Hard-boiled eggs
  16. Plain yogurt mixed with berries & honey (berries can be bought frozen when out of season)
  17. Simple guacamole* & tortilla chips
  18. Freezer waffle sandwich*
  19. Bean Burrito
  20. Energy Balls*
